Sicredi - MGPT and Timesheet
As a product designer at Softdesign, in partnership with Sicredi, we created a digital platform to manage the entire journey of third-party employees, automating processes that were previously manual. As a result, the cooperative gained efficiency, reduced human errors, scaled the operations of the sourcing area, and accelerated the time to market for business units.

Sicredi - CPR Fácil
With the goal of simplifying access to financial resources for rural producers, Sicredi, a cooperative financial institution with over 6.5 million members and presence throughout Brazil, launched the "CPR Fácil" solution. This digital platform allows producers to issue CPRs (Rural Product Notes) directly through the mobile app, with over 10,000 operations completed and R$ 384 million disbursed since its launch. "CPR Fácil" offers a quick and secure channel for accessing financial resources, as the product is fully digital from contract signing to fund disbursement. I was the lead designer responsible for creating the user flow and conducting usability tests with various rural producers and their bank account managers. This project involved collaboration among many professionals, including Product Owners, developers, system analysts, and architects.

Real Estate Dashboard
Our team was tasked with building a solution to streamline real estate transaction workflows, aiming to make the process more intuitive for brokers, agents, and back-office operators. We focused on creating a smarter, more flexible module to centralize accounts payable, giving users better awareness of expenses to support decision-making.
During development, we worked closely with Real Estate Brokerages and Accountants to understand their needs. One of the standout features we implemented was the ability for users to reconcile transactions, ensuring that the General Ledger and Bank balance matched the Statement Ending balance. Despite the complexity, our team's collaboration allowed us to successfully deliver a solution that met these requirements and provided real value.
I worked with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project, ensuring that every aspect of the product was integrated and aligned with the expectations of all involved.
